GiveBold Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with GiveBold! We are committed to getting your skincare products to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. All applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Timeframes GiveBold ships to addresses within the United States only. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@givebold.com and we will make it right.

Returns Due to the nature of skincare products all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged please contact us at hello@givebold.com within 7 days of delivery.
