GiveBold Return & Refund Policy

At GiveBold, every purchase supports a meaningful cause. Because a portion of each order is contributed to a fundraiser, our policies are designed to protect both our customers and the organizations we serve.

All Sales Final

All purchases made through GiveBold are final. Each order includes a contribution to a selected cause, and once a transaction is completed, that portion is allocated and cannot be reversed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@givebold.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Items returned due to change of mind
  • Incorrect selections made at checkout

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to support active fundraising campaigns. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
